Follow the directions below to be a barbeque master all season long! You will be amazed at how good this meat tastes after being smoked. This is the best way to cook your ribs without having to mess up the pot. Barbecue ribs recipe is best when they are still hot from smoking. You can also place the ribs on the BBQ grill and smoke them directly. After giving them time to heat up, you can put them on the top rack of the oven for cooking, which gives the best ribs results. The rib pieces will be very tender because the heat from the oven will have cooked them up to almost 160 degrees. There are many different methods you can use to cook your own barbecue ribs recipe. If you really want to smoke your own bbq ribs, you will need to either buy a smoker or an electric grill. A smoker takes time to heat up, but it will give you better results than charcoal. A smoker also gives you a more charcoal burning experience since it cooks the meat directly to the end result, unlike electric grills which give you coal through the grate. The coal is also unpredictable and it might be hard to predict when it is ready. If you are going to go the charcoal method, then you should start by making sure you have some good wood chips handy or use some seasoned chopping block.
