After you learn about cooking and food hygiene, you can now start cooking with your own grill. You can either cook dry or fresh cut meat using your Foreman grill. You can grill steaks, pork chops and other meats to serve as food for your guests.

If you are looking for a good source of meat, you should learn how to grill ribs and briskets. If you want to grill beef, you should know how to trim a leaner piece of beef, slice the meat and remove the fat. When cooking ribs, make sure you do not overcook them because they are easier to eat when they are still slightly raw. Cooking ribeye can be messy, but they taste really good if you cook them right. For a full meal, you can include vegetables like broccoli and onion along with the beef to make a satisfying meal.
