Best Barbecue Fish Recipes

Preparing Barbecue fish recipe is very simple, if you know how to grill it. If you don’t have any idea on how to grill fish then here are some helpful tips to follow. You can make a perfect Barbecue fish for your family and friends with the help of this barbecue recipe. Just make sure that the Barbecue recipe that you use has been prepared properly. In order to avoid any accidents at home, let’s see some important things before we start making it.

Basically, preparing the Barbecue fish recipe is very easy and requires only minute amount of time. For preparing this delicious fish we need to prepare three items. The first one is the fish fillet, second is the butter and finally is the parsley. You can marinate your fish in the Red Wine, Orange Juice and Butter mixture for about an hour or so.

After that, all you need to do is to place the whole fish on the grill and flip it over. When it gets flipped, immediately remove it from the grill and let it rest for few more minutes. Once it rest, cut the fillets into two pieces. Place one piece of the fillet on each piece of the butter and after that sprinkle salt on both the sides of the fillets and let them sit in the indirect heat for a couple of minutes.

After this, you can now assemble the ingredients needed to make the Barbecue fish recipe. First of all, you need to have the parsley. You can either buy it from the nearby grocery shop or just grind it finely and add it in to the marinade for five minutes. Now, you can start grilling the fish with the red bell pepper marinade.

Add the red bell pepper, salt and the parsley mix to the fish fillet and then coat it well with olive oil. Next, you can now press it into the coiled shape of a bouillon. In order to make this bouillon, all you need to do is to cut a small onion slice and insert it into the bouillon. Then, all you have to do is to slowly twist the knife while it is hot to create an open seal.

When it comes to serving, all you need to do is to cut the fish into half. Diced it up into chunks and then add it to the red bell pepper and parsley marinade. After this, you can now serve it with your favorite barbecue sauce. This would be the perfect appetizer to accompany your main meal. So, what are you waiting for?
